At USA Buy Now, we provide digital access to an information platform that aggregates vehicle auction data from U.S. auto auctions and allows users to monitor new "Buy Now" lots through filters and notifications.

Because our services are provided digitally and access is granted immediately after subscription activation, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may and may not be available.

1. General Rule

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access to paid features has been granted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• access to subscription-only features;
• access to filtered listing monitoring;
• access to Telegram notifications for matching lots;
• access to saved searches, alerts, and account-based premium functionality.

2. Why Refunds Are Limited

USA Buy Now provides a digital information service, not a physical product.

Once a subscription is activated, the service becomes available immediately and can be used without delay. For this reason, completed subscription purchases are generally final.

3. Cases When a Refund May Be Considered

We may review and, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical or payment processing error.

3.2 Technical Failure on Our Side

If a verified technical issue on our side materially prevented you from accessing the paid service after payment.

3.3 Unauthorized Charge

If you believe your payment was made without your authorization, we may review the case and request reasonable supporting evidence before making a decision.

4. Cases When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

• you changed your mind after purchasing a subscription;
• you did not use the subscription after purchase;
• you forgot to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date;
• you were dissatisfied with vehicle listings, lot availability, or auction outcomes;
• a specific vehicle or "Buy Now" lot did not appear;
• a lot became unavailable, changed, or was removed by the source auction;
• Telegram notifications were delayed or not delivered due to third-party platform, network, or device issues;
• your account was suspended or terminated because of a violation of the Terms of Service.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

When you cancel:

• your subscription remains active until the end of the already paid billing period;
• no refund is issued for the unused part of the current subscription period, unless otherwise required by law;
• future billing will stop after cancellation is processed.

6. Auto-Renewal Responsibility

If your subscription renews automatically, it is your responsibility to cancel it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue using the service.

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in account suspension or termination.
