1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Website. These Terms are an agreement between you ("User") and Sole Proprietor Kravchenko Dmytro Anatoliiovych ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Nature of the Service (Aggregator Only)

2.1. The Website is an independent information aggregator of vehicle listings from third-party U.S. auctions/marketplaces ("Sources").

2.2. We are not an auction house, seller, broker, dealer, or agent, and we do not own listed vehicles unless explicitly stated.

2.3. We do not participate in bidding, payments, vehicle delivery, title transfer, or dispute resolution between Users and Sources.

3. No Affiliation

The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any Source unless explicitly stated. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

4.1. Listing data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate due to Source changes.

4.2. We do not guarantee accuracy of mileage, condition, damages, title status, availability, or final price.

4.3. You must verify all vehicle details directly with the relevant Source before making decisions.

5. Accounts

5.1. Some features require creating an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

5.2. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

6.1. Subscription Plans. Access to premium features may be offered via paid subscriptions ("Subscription"). Plan details, pricing, and included features are shown on the Website.

6.2. Auto-Renewal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

6.3. Cancellation. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your account settings (or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6.4. Changes to Pricing/Plans. We may change plan features or pricing. If required, we will notify you in advance and changes apply starting from the next renewal.

6.5. Failed Payments. If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access until payment is successfully completed.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Because the Service provides immediate digital access, fees are non-refundable once access is granted, except where required by applicable law.

7.2. We may consider refunds only in cases of verified technical malfunction on our side that materially prevented access.

8. Telegram Notifications

8.1. The Website may allow Users to opt-in to receive notifications about new lots via Telegram ("Telegram Alerts").

8.2. Telegram Alerts are optional and require your explicit action (connecting Telegram / starting the bot / enabling alerts).

8.3. No Guarantee. Alerts may be delayed, filtered, duplicated, or not delivered due to Telegram/network limitations.

8.4. User Control. You can disable alerts at any time in your account settings and/or within Telegram (stop the bot / disable notifications).

8.5. Data Use. If you connect Telegram, we may store technical identifiers needed to deliver alerts (e.g., Telegram chat ID). We do not sell this data.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• scrape, harvest, bulk download, or mirror listings;
• use bots/automation to overload services;
• reverse engineer, bypass paywalls, or exploit vulnerabilities;
• use the Website for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

The Website design, software, structure, and branding are owned by the Company. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

11. Service Availability

The Website is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on listing data.
• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Subscription during the most recent billing period.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
